The stunning beachfront views were truly unbeatable! Every morning, I savored a delicious breakfast that energized my days. Big shoutout to the incredibly helpful front desk staff, especially Ate Amina, for answering all our queries. The bed was a cloud of comfort, making for restful nights after adventures.

The views from the Muse Hotel are undeniably breathtaking. Every day started with stunning sunrises. The location made it easy for us to explore nearby restaurants and shops. However, the facilities need significant updates. The room had some cracks and the bathroom lacked proper flushing. Breakfast could be improved. some days, selections were limited and basic items like butter were missing. Housekeeping kept our room clean and provided fresh water daily, which I appreciated. The staff were extremely accommodating and ready to help with restaurant recommendations and arrangements. Still, the room service was inconsistent. One time, we had to wait an hour to get our room changed due to cleanliness issues. Overall, a good place for its location, but the hotel certainly needs renovations to enhance comfort.

During my stay, I encountered numerous issues. The hotel room was in a deplorable state. the bathroom drain was blocked, and maintenance took a long time to respond. Additionally, common areas like the pool had a persistent moldy smell, which was very off-putting.

The Muse Hotel features a prime beachfront location, ensuring stunning access to the beautiful white sands of Boracay. The staff were genuinely helpful, providing excellent service and assistance throughout my stay, which enhanced my overall experience immensely.

Positive, The central location is awesome since you can easily hit the beach. The staff set up a lovely birthday surprise for my daughter, complete with balloons and a cupcake, which was so sweet of them. The room was spacious and had a clean design, making our stay extra comfy. We were really happy with the overall service!

We stayed here for my daughter's birthday and they surprised her with decorations and a yummy cupcake, the staff even sang happy birthday which made her day special. The room was spacious enough for us and clean, the AC worked great too.
